• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging.
• Custom Orders: Please note that custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

2. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for items of equal value if you wish to replace your purchase with another product from our shop. Contact us within 14 days to initiate an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
