Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that all items are handmade, so slight variations in pattern or color may occur. These are not considered defects. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, after contacting us first.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused—and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:

Exchanges
We do accept exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you can send the original item back to us, and a new order will be sent to you. Please note that buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs related to exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
